  • I've been coming here for my compound prescriptions for years. Until recently, it was a great experience. Friendly, efficient, timely. Seems they've added some new staff (Kim), and the place has gone down hill. Last month, we waited 10 days for them to refill a prescription, even through they had it on file. This rude staffer kept giving excuses, was extremely short on the phone, and always acted like my phone call was a total bother, and that she was entirely overwhelmed. It was clear the script got lost in the queue, and rather than bump it to the top of the heap once the error was noticed, they made us continue to wait by putting our script back to the bottom of the pile. Horrible service, discourteous, complete lack of follow-up. If you want to wait forever for a refill and be treated like crap, then come to Clarks. I hate panning this place, as the pharmacist, Rudy, is fantastic and approachable, and his wife equally so, but the new desk staff means we'll be filling our prescriptions elsewhere.
