After waiting 15 minutes in the drive through line and called 4 times and rang the bell 4 times a representative comes up to the door and apologizes because they are in meetings and can't hear the bell. If you can't hear the bell do not have the open sign on for us to waste our time. Now I am late to work and very annoyed. You couldn't hear the bell, you didn't pick up the phone ringing, you didn't notice somebody was beeping their horns, then do not advertise as open. Very inconvenient and a waste of my time and the person behind me. Horrible horrible service, I am disappointed in you Wells Fargo
