  • A few years ago, I bought a washer dryer from Sears. The process, delivery, and installation hit every hiccup imaginable, leaving me, then a mom of toddlers, with no in house laundry for a month. That experience had me dragging my feet to buy a new washer dryer that we desperately needed. Apparently having a gas dryer can cause some additional hassles. At Plaza, the experience was so incredibly seamless I am kicking myself for waiting so long. I had a general idea of what I wanted but thought I would call in advance. The guy on the phone was so helpful and thorough I decided that I didn't really need to see the unit live so I just ordered it on the phone. He was able to have it delivered and installed the next day. On delivery day, they gave me a large window of delivery time. I had errands to run so called the store to see where I was in line. They quickly transferred me the warehouse which was very helpful and told me exactly when the truck would arrive. The installers did a great job and were very nice. I am so pleased with my experience, I will absolutely come back to Plaza for my future appliances. Many thanks for your old fashioned good service and accountability!
