  • We were out shopping for a used car for me to use as my daily driver and had picked this dealership because I saw a reasonable price on a vehicle close to the corner. John Ferguson greeted us when we arrived. I have a minor disability that makes standing painful, so we got my wheelchair out. John was kind enough to do most of the scouting while we followed. He was looking for a car within my budget. He did a great job. He was helpful, courteous, not pushy, and, without being condescending toward me, he was mindful of my needs and limitations. While John and my dad were chatting, Dad told him he'd probably be back to get a car from him when he's ready to get another car. Great experience and I'm pretty happy with my car, too. My wife and I love it. As coincidence would have it, we got the same exact car I saw on the corner.
