  • These people are liars and crooks! I'm going to get my lawyer involved in this because this whole system is disorganized and they charged my account without any services & broke their word. Please safe yourself the headache and don't sign up with these people. First off, THEY CANCELLED MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY CONSENT & NEVER SHOWED UP AT MY HOUSE AKA I paid $160 for NO REASON without a signature! They claimed they came to my home without a call/notice and charged my card. They don't VERIFY a day with you, they just come and charge your account. Guess what? Originally I was paying around $99 a month, when I complained to the manager Gerardo he said he would bump my payment down to $59 a quarter/yr. I said OK, sure. But.... why weren't you charging that originally? At this point I didn't want to cancel my membership, but wow am i disappointed that these people charged my card for the cancellation fee and cancelled my account when I agreed to keep it for $59 a quarter/yr. Please find yourself another pest control company and save yourself the headache.
