  • Customer for 11 years, new plan on March 2017 and told military Tate applied after showing ID.. October 10 discover discount never applied so reapplied, still no discount applied 10 days later submitted same paperwork was provided to store manager and not applied and no credits given. These people are incompetent top to bottom, starting to explore other carriers. Their discount center was just as ignorant and no help.
