  • Michael, the owner, is FANTASTIC! I needed an outside hose bib replaced. We made an appointment and established a basic price. I emailed him that since he was going to be here anyway I might also have him replace the other hose bib since it was the same age as the problem hose bib. The price of doing the two was a bit more than my budget - thanks to the Obamaconomy - could handle so I emailed him we would only be doing the one. The day of the appointment he texted me to say he was on his way. When he got here he looked at the hose bib and went to Home Depot to get the correct parts to fix the problem bib. When he returned from Home Depot he came with the parts to fix BOTH hose bibs and only charged me for the parts on the second hose bib even though he fixed both of them. He went the extra mile and I appreciate that.
