  • There is only one gal here to do hair. Had an 11am appointment for an ombre touch up. I'm still here while she's blow drying someone else's hair when 25 minutes ago she said it'd only take 15. I'm not impressed. I also made the appointment yesterday and specifically mentioned I had a meeting at 1pm, which is in 3 minutes which I will be late for. I left the salon with my hair wet. Really not impressed.
