  • I wanted to check this place out for about 5 minutes, to see what stores were there. I biked Tivoli from my home, which is a block away. Was immediately turned off by a bicycle security guard who told me (on bicycle) I was not allowed to bicycle around the complex.... which was empty. Some security hazard I must be. I probably would have locked my bike, but sadly, there was no place to lock it. Apparently, they only care about their fancy older customers who can afford valet parking, and not those of us who actually live in this neighborhood and contribute to the local economy every day. I'll spend my money elsewhere.
