  • Thank you Ian for stepping it up! I wish to make an addendum to a previous post. We all make mistakes and I think we need to accept and own the consequences. I believe some actions are meant be punished. Also, they should be FORGIVEN and given the opportunity for a second chance. We are NOT "human perfects" we are "human beings". People do make mistakes and I think they should be punished. But they should be forgiven and given the opportunity for a second chance. We are all in this together. I'm glad, at the suggestion of Chris G., I decided to give NCC a second chance. The staff and the gym itself have stepped it up and have done a remarkable job! Thank you Ian for following through, reaching out and being uber generous and helpful. The vibe feels light, fun and comfortable with dollops of professionalism, safety and awareness.
