  • As newcomers to the area, we've made - perhaps - a hundred trips to Home Depot for purchases ranging from paint to major appliances. On our first visit, we met Homer, the Home Depot cat. We were so impressed by the care given to this cat by a big-box store, that we returned another ninety-nine times to purchase four major appliances, a kitchen sink, three faucets, indoor/outdoor carpeting, mats, cleaning supplies, hardware, lumber, etc., etc., etc. I think that Homer deserves an extra portion of Whiskas for the increase in sales! My husband even keeps treats in his pocket in case he spots him. Also, we'd like to give a shout-out to Terri in appliances, Terri's colleague (we've forgotten his name) in appliances, and Tessa, among the many friendly and helpful associates with whom we had contact. Thank you...and, be assured that we'll be back!
