  • Bought a new house and needed several locks rekeyed in somewhat of a rapid fashion. Jeff answered his phone on the first try, gave me flexible hours of availability, and arrived precisely when promised. He and his son worked as a team to swiftly rekey all my locks and even took the time to educate me about a fun quirk on one of the doors in my historic home. They also adjusted the alignment of one of my doors to make it hang and shut properly for no extra fee. A friend recommended him to me and I will happily recommend him to others. A+ customer service!
