  • This the second time I've purchased a large balloon order with them. 1st order 25 balloons in October, my order was not ready. This time I ordered 30 balloons for pick up at 9:30 I got there at 11. They had so many orders they couldn't find mine at first. Once they found them I noticed that they seemed deflated. I paid the extra money for the hi-float on all of them. I was told it was because they were covered with the plastic bags (which I also paid extra for). Well 8 of the balloons were to the ground by 2:00 (6 metallic and 2 Mylar. I paid $70 in total and I could've even use 8 of them. I don't think they used the hi-float at all. Strike two for them. Looks like I'm going to have to find another party store to travel to.
