  • I have had nothing but problems, and you will sit on hold for literally HOURS trying to get any help, only to find the person on the other end of the line is reading from a script apologizing to you, but can offer nothing in terms of solutions. They will not cancel your subscription without a hefty cancelation fee, despite the fact that they do not deliver what they promised. My system is down almost everyday. Terrible, there is nothing 'secure' about this security system. ATT cannot support the infrastructure for the product.
