  • Can anyone say brisket? The brisket is to die for here and the mac and cheese is the best I've ever had in any restaurant. The brisket is so tender that you can tell its been smoke d 12+ hours. The meat is so tendet it literally melts in your mouth. They actually use cheese in their mac and cheese instead of using a roux. If it wasnt I couldnt tell because it tastes so good. Not to even mention about the great service here. They explain their cooking process. They always check on you. I purchased a beer I tried for the first time and didnt like it. The server allowed an exchange for a fimiliar beer. I always get good service and food consistently here. Bobby Q is my BBQ spot whenever I come to visit Phoenix.
