  • After reading all the great reviews I decided that I would call to see if I could get my son established as a new patient since we recently have relocated into the Arizona area. Of course my son is sick so I was hoping to get a same day appointment which wasn't available based off of the reviews it made me think that this office was accommodating for situations like that... but secondly the disappointment that I have is that I was told that I had to call and get all of the information verified with my insurance provider Cigna Open Access PPO to see if they even where an in-network provider. Since I work in the medical field myself whenever a new patient calls my office I verify their insurance for them as a customer service side of business, or I'm very knowledgeable and already know what insurances work well with our office. So for the next person who is looking to try to establish as a new patient here at this office be ready to have a pen to write down information so that you can call your own insurance company with their tax ID number (Dr's office) and make sure that your insurance is accepted at the office because the people that answer the phone express what they have no knowledge in it and that it's your responsibility to do so.
