  • The wait is frustrating. Space is small and loud. I requested the music to be lowered on the patio so I could actually speak to my coworker and the server stated "the owners are in and they like it this way. They want certain vibe for their restaurants" okay but what about the customer? I've always had average customer service at the Windsor. The salad I had was good but the overall experience was a headache.
