  • Went in at 8pm although my appointment wasn't until 8:30 to find out why people couldn't hear me on my iPhone 6. Jordan was very polite and helpful! He took the time to backup everything from my phone to my old ass laptop and was so patient because that took close to an hour. Replaced my messed up iPhone that was a refurbished one ATT gave me when my 1st iPhone was stolen. Then restored my new phone for me! I will never go to ATT for my iPhone problems again! Apple Store only! Thanks so much Jordan and for Apple Store opening up close to me in Downtown Summerlin!!!!
