I'm calling to cancel next week after filing my first claim. They have terrible customer service and the claims person Anthony was condescending and argumentative, he seemed to enjoy my frustration at least that's how I interpreted his inappropriate laughter.
These folks could care less about the customers, which is exactly opposite of what is needed when a home owner is dealing with the stress of a major issue like an AC outage when it's 108 in Phoenix.
Go with someone reputable and check their yelp rating and BBB score. BTW these yahoos aren't members.
