It obviously hadn't been wiped or refilled Hire a steam cleaning company to clean the filthy tile and grout, I hope the kitchen is clean, every surface needs to be sanitized. Mopping dirty tile is useless and unsanitary, all booths should be wiped down with antibacterial wipes. The drain under the pasta table is rife with mold and bacteria. Scared to find out how dirty your buckets for ice are. I FEAR FOR THE HEALTH OF THE COMMUNITY.
