  • I made a Saturday appointment for 5k service a week in advance. At the time there were many appointments available. I walked in 10 mins early. After waiting 10 minutes to be helped I was informed by the service lane manager that it would take 2.5-3 hours for my service to be completed. I was also told that is the norm on a Saturday. Clearly they need help managing capacity and appointments. The service was completed just fine but it did take 3 hours.
