I blame consumers for making Walmart so huge, they could really care less about their customers. This is by far the WORST WALMART EVER! I have this problem every single time I go to this Walmart...the sales reps are rude including the ones on self checkout. Today I went here and asked the customer service if they had any Netspend card... I misplaced mine and needed a new one... The response I got back was verbatim "I don't know ". I then said can you find out.... This woman then sent another associate to look. I seen her walk up one aisle then to say "no we are out". I said is that where they usually are? She then said "IDK" I was beyond fuming at this point. SO I LEFT. SO as I was leaving I see two other associated arguing with a another customer. I could not believe it. I even made a point to look at her name tag and it said SUPERVISOR. I WAS IN SHOCK! THAT A SUPERVISOR WOULD BE YELLING AT A PAYING CUSTOMER. THAT WAS ENOUGH. I WOULD NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS WALMART AGAIN... NOT TO MENTION I WILL NEVER BE SPENDING MY MONEY HERE. They suck at this store.
