  • The doctor didn't seem very knowledgeable but he gave me an antibiotic that helped so i was happy. The issue that I have with this office is with their billing. My Bill started out at $400 after they said Aetna declined it. Aetna told me that it was declined because the office billed it under the Doctors name instead of the practice name. Steel Valley said they would re-bill it. A few weeks later I called and they said that it was paid and I didn't owe anything and even sent me a statement. A month later I got a bill for $357. The office had applied someone elses payment to my account so they later reversed it. The office never submitted the bill correctly to my insurance. My visit was in April and I am still fighting it in September. Aetna assures me that they are in network but that Steel Valley isn't submitting the claim correctly. Never again!!
