I purchased a Groupon and made an appointment for the Friday after Thanksgiving. I showed up for my 10am a few minutes early only to find out whoever I talked to on the phone scheduled me for December 15th. This was frustrating. Luckily they had an opening for noon the same day and I was able to make that work. I go back at 12, listen to a couple of employees at the front complain about another while waiting for my person....who shows up 20 minutes late. She's nice enough. Decides she prefers to cut my hair dry, okay. I asked for it to be thinned as well. She does that dry, which I feel like I don't have a tender head but it hurt like crazy. Meanwhile, Victoria Lee, the girl cutting my hair is flying through the motions, she's not being smooth with her movements. My earring gets ripped out at one point, I feel like my head is getting yanked in multiple directions. I've never had a more aggressive hair cut in my life. I sat in the chair at 12:20 and was out by probably 12:45. It seems as if she had somewhere to be. This was not a relaxing experience AT ALL. I cannot speak for the salon as a whole but as for Victoria I will make sure to not return to her in the future.
