  • A supervisor who doesn't understand customer service. Tanisha is very rude and dismissive and this isn't first time I've seen her be rude to customers and try to intimidate them. This time she was very rude and unprofessional to me and at this point, I have to speak up. I asked her one question and not only did she ignore me, but when I asked her again she was very dismissive and had an attitude. I went to Rebecca in customer service to complain about how rude Tanisha was and when I walked away, Tanisha made a point to look at me in an evil way as if she was trying to bully me. Tanisha really needs to grow up and learn how to be professional, this is not your neighborhood it is a work/ customer environment. The customers are the reason you have a job. Thank you Rebecca for being so kind and apologizing on Tanisha's behalf although Tanisha should apologize for her own rude and quite ignorant behavior.
