  • I recently moved to Arizona with little idea of where I wanted to settle. Minimal credit history made it difficult to find a suitable apartment but when I applied to Vista Montana I was accepted. The one-bedroom apartment I chose is a bit dated (light fixtures and cabinetry) but very clean and offers SO much space for the price. The grounds are well-maintained, lots of shady grass and parking available. My favorite amenities include the 3 pools and several bbqs scattered around the property- ideal for hanging at home with neighbors and friends. The location is absolutely ideal, right off the freeway, close to so many beautiful shopping and dining destinations and just blocks from Val Vista Lakes. Needless to say I am relieved to have found such an ideal place to call home. What really made my experience worth recommending is the young man in the leasing office by the name of Alex. From the moment I met him, he made me feel at ease as he confidently navigated through my delicate credit situation. He worked efficiently with me as he also helped tenants pick up packages and make payments. His courteous and kind demeanor is a breath of fresh air and I really appreciate the time he took to help me. Vista Montana is definitely worth considering if you're looking for an ideal location with exceptional leasing staff to back it up!
