  • Expensive parts and service. Last time they rotated my tires, they forgot to give me back my wheel lock key. Now, they can't find it. They offered to remove my wheel locks and replace them. I went back to the shop. I was told it'll take 20mins per lock (times 4). Two hours later, they tell me that they'll have to put regular lugs in my tires and they'll order wheel locks. They said give them 25 mins to get the regular lugs installed. 40 mins later, my car is still not ready!!! Seriously?!?!?! I've been here a total of 2hrs 40mins and I'm still waiting! Btw, for the same service they quoted me on for $1,400+, Firestone quoted me $1,150. I guess I won't be coming back here for service.
