  • A couple of months ago, my husband and I began our search to find the perfect wood-look tile, and bathroom tile to install in our home. I went on Yelp and found that Affordable Flooring and More had exceptional reviews, so we decided to give them a try first. When we got to their store, right away we were warmly greeted by Lisa, who showed us the many different wood-look tiles and other tile options they have. We were able to pick out a few tiles that we liked, and based on the rough measurements we had of our home, quickly received an estimate. After leaving their store, we went to Home Depot and Lowe's to check our their selection. However, even though they had a few different tile options, the customer service at each store was non-existent. My husband and I quickly decided that if we were going to spend quite a bit of money on new floors, we wanted to go with a place that had great customer service and would actually be attentive to our needs and questions. We also really liked the idea of going with a small, local business! I returned a couple of more times to Affordable Flooring to make sure I picked out just the right color tile. Lisa, Travis, and Gomez were always more than helpful each time I visited. Once we confirmed the tile that we liked (we chose Marazzi-Harmony Pitch Wood-Look Tile, and Mohawk Viella Cafe-Creme for the bathrooms), Gomez came out to our house to measure, and by the end of the day, I received an accurate written estimate from Travis about the total inclusive cost of our project. The installation process was so much easier than I expected. Each day, 2 or 3 crew members came and worked. They were very professional and kind, and were always quick to answer any questions that I had about the process; I can't say enough good things about Gonzalo, Adolfo, and Junior! Also, at the end of each day, Eddie, another employee, would call me to tell me what the crew finished and what would be happening the next day. Having those updates made us feel that they truly care about their customers! All in all, it was a great experience working with each member of the Affordable Flooring team. Our floors look fantastic and we couldn't be happier with the results! We highly recommend them!
