I have been trying to get a hold of someone in the Hayden office for about two hours now. The first time I was hung up on. The second time I was on hold for about 40 minutes, then a gal picked up the phone and asked "are you still there". I said yes of course, just after, she said "Oopps! wrong person" and then hung up on me. I tried calling multiple times and have not been connected to anyone. I would appreciate it if someone can help me with my issue. I want to get more information as to why the $251.69 has been taken out of my account without me pre-authorizing the payment. I spoke to a gentleman when I returned the vehicle on the 15th. He mentioned that there was a balance due by the end of the month. I told him that I could not make such a large payment by the end of the month and that I would need a bit more time. He asked me when I could make the payment and I told him that I could pay no later than the 9th of June. He said that was fine.
I not only was lied to, I was also charged the balance that was not authorized on my end. I did not have the funds to pay until the given date and now I have to pay NSF fees due to Enterprises mistake. I am having financial hardship and the only reason that I needed to rent a vehicle in the first place is because my vehicle was in need of repair. I also had to extend the time frame of having the vehicle another day due to an issue out of my control. I was coming up from Flagstaff and was in a traffic stand still for over 7 hours so I did not make it to the office to return the car until the following day. I am extremely upset and I really need some clarity regarding these issue(s).
