  • I come here because it's within walking distance from my work. You have everything you need in a gym. But what I dislike is the size and layout of the gym. Located on the 2nd floor of an office building you can tell that this location needs to be revamped. The changerooms are small and grundgy looking. It's always packed during the lunch hours so if you ever want to do a class, get here EARLY so you can get a locker. Also the group excerise class is small and always crammed so come early for this too. The one thing that I like is the service because the front desk people always greet you with a smile and they provide you with towels that you can just pick up on your own without asking.
