  • All staff are very professional. This was my first-ever surgery, May 25, and I was impressed with how thorough the preparatory process is. The lady who went through the document signing was receptive to my questions. I was originally not comfortable with the idea of being knocked out, but I trusted Dr. Raia's recommendation and certainty on the matter. Anesthesiologist did well; I was only out about 30 minutes. I didn't feel any strange time-lapse like some people speak of. And I became fully coherent in a couple minutes after waking up.
