  • I don't appreciate being told over the phone that my insurance was accepted at this clinic to get there and find our they don't accept my insurance. I will never use this clinic again as well as dissuade the people I know from using legacy urgent care. They misinformed me and when I brought this to their attention they neither apologized our seemed concerned about the mistake. We were treated like cattle, not friendly at all.
