I haven't had Direct TV or lived in this city/state for almost 3 years. Haven't received any bills in that time until now and just received a bill for almost 300$. Due to a mistake from direct TVs employees I'm now being threatened to pay this... I've called twice. On the phone for 2 hours the first time being told I was being escalated and would get called back, never did. Called again. On the phone for about the same time and again being denied any help and the company refusing to take responsibility for their mistake.
Never will get direct tv no matter where I live. Absolutely ridiculous!
