The food was good. But not great. Especially for the price you are paying. The flavors on all of the dishes at our table except 1 completely missed the mark. The churro waffles were the best thing out there. The Craft Benedict had a slice of ham that would have been enough for 2 orders. It was way too thick. The hollandaise sauce was on point though. The rest was just kinda there. My husband got the protein fix and said there was so much sea salt, the rest of the flavors were hidden. Almost on purpose as he couldn't get anything good from the rest of it. My dad had the chilaquiles. Said it was pretty bland and about half way through was over it. The salsa was amazing though. My mom had the strawberry shortcake pancakes and cheesy grits. Said they were both pretty good. I would go back just for the Carmel latte though. Man o man was that good!! This is a local place that I wanted so badly to love in order to support a local business. But it just wasn't there. Will give it another shot sometime in the future and hope it was a one off. The table next to us left without eating much of anything or paying. Something had to be off this day.
