| - I bought my sister and I Living Social 90 minutes, which included salt scrub.
We were told if we wanted oil & rocks, it would be an extra $6. Ok, that's fine, but usually the oil comes with the service. The ladies spent most, if the time talking to each other. The chairs we were in had arm rest, so when I was on my stomach, I felt I was smushed and couldn't relax. She didn't put a towel down in the face hole, so who knows what I shared. My sister said she had a towel put down, but it stunk & she thought it was dirty. The chair I was in, whenever she pushed down on my back, the chair would squeak (imagine the neighbors having sex and you can hear it through the wall). We didn't get the salt scrub. When we checked out we asked about it & even showed them the Living Social where it says it. We were told, "you didn't tell us". We looked at each other and said, it says it on the LivingSocial, if we didn't want it we wouldn't have bought it, so why would we have said we wanted it"? We got, "I don't speak English". After going back and forth abit, she said "come back - next time I do it, for you". We explained we don't live on this side of town & besides that......as if she would really remember.
My sister asked since we didn't get the salt scrub, if we could "trade" the $6 for the oil & rocks, intend of the foot scrub. We got another we don't speak English. So, instead of the original full tip, between the service and lack of service, they got to take the $6 out of it.
