  • I went to this store yesterday because sprint bought out the wrong contract from Verizon. The manager was rude and unwilling to help. He pretty much have me the "you are screwed" and "not my problem" speech. He kept mixing up stories from a visit a few times ago. He didn't offer to call customer support for sprint to help. This is not the first time I felt helpless in this store. I called Sprint's customer service and they helped me. If I could give zero stars, I would.
