  • What an amazing Medical Office. I love the fact that I can book a same day appointment and I am always seen on time. I've been going to see Dr. Tsai for 2 years and he takes the time to listen to my needs and really explains all my options. When needed, he has followed up with me in the evening and weekend hours. The One Medical app is so cool that you can request rx refills and well as write a note to a nurse for a follow up within a few hours. The Gilbert office is top notch, very clean and has WiFi. The front desk staff take time to listen and talk to you and they answer the phone!!! I've never had to leave a voicemail for a call back. Totally recommend One Medical Group in Gilbert at the San Tan Village.
