  • After having our child at the Primrose on Tatum, we had very high expectations due to the fabulous atmosphere at that particular location...unfortunately this location wasn't able to provide the warm and caring environment that we had been accustomed to. When walking into the classroom every morning, our child was not greeted by any teachers (which is something that we were used to from our previous Primrose location)....He also came home yelling at me to "be quiet" after starting this school, something that I had never heard him say before especially considering the fact that we never say that to him at home. The owner, however, is a nice man and very accommodating. He agreed to waive the 2 week notice that they typically require, which was very nice of him considering our son was only at this school for a total of 2 weeks!
