  • I will never stay here again. We are here for one night with our 6 month old. I booked the room 2 months ago and requested a crib at that time. I also called the morning of check-in to verify there is a crib available and was told they would have it set up. When we arrived and got to our room (which reeked of old smoke and mold) there was no crib. I called the front desk and she advised she would be up with it in a few minutes. An hour later, my husband called and they don't have anymore. I wasn't going to let my 6 month old sleep on the dirty floor and he isn't sleeping on pull out for fear that he'll roll off. He slept in bed with us and cried all night long. Completely rude front desk staff, dirty hotel and unsafe area. First and last time here.
