  • We really enjoyed our night out here. I had the wagyu skirt steak and it was really delicious. I would definitely get it again. The heirloom tomato salad was so fresh, ripe and colorful. I've had heirloom salads before, but this was just perfect. That tomato salad is what earned the 5th star here. I can't say enough about it!! The wine list and cocktail menu comes on an iPad. Frankly, I thought it was a little distracting, especially in the dimly lit restaurant. I think a paper list would have been sufficient. Our servers were excellent, which you expect for the price you'll pay at a place like this. Here's a little tip, especially if you're staying at the Signature. You will get a good amount of food here, and it is all very rich. Don't be bashful about getting the leftovers boxed up. They make for easy reheating and an excellent breakfast in the morning! Just call housekeeping from your room to bring you a skillet and some utensils.
