  • I started going to Dunkin Donuts about 2 weeks after they opened up. I thought I would let them get the kinks out before I went there. That did not happen I found there service to be terrible and their attitude even worse. I really don't understand most of the reviews here unless it's a different store. I started off going every week day in the morning and there was always a line of 10 to 15 people with two (2) registers and only one being used. It is still that way. While the person making the breakfast sandwiches will say good morning when you come into the store the other two older lady's kind of grumble it to you. Almost like they were being forced to. The service has is slow and there does not seem to be any kind of team work between them. I.e. cashier asked team member next to her if she could grab a cinnamon roll for her and the lady did but made a big deal out of it and then threw the roll in the bag as thou it was a baseball. In the past few weeks I was only going there three (3) times in the week and I have been noticing that every time I have been there 3 to 4 customers are leaving the line and going across the street to the other coffee shop. I cannot blame them I too will not be coming back here but going across the street where the attitude and service is a lot better. It's really too bad this place is nice looking and comfortable just needs the right people.
