  • After maintaining our pool and spa for a year, I finally broke down and hired a weekly pool service. I had used a pool guy at our last house and wasn't very happy with his lack of attention to detail. However, Ty, at Tri-City is marvelous. Now my pool sparkles every day. Ty monitors every aspect of our pool and spa - pumps, filters, water, etc. He leaves a checklist every week at my patio door that lets me know that the equipment is operating well, all of the filters were cleaned, and if any special chemicals were used. I should have called him a year ago!
