  • Nightmare The tech rubbed callous remover on the feet and did not remove it before beginning to use a sugar scrub so the callus remover and sugar scrub mixed and with a massage of these two cause an extreme chemical burn. The tech began to pour alcohol over the burn (insert scream). Then I was treated as if I did something wrong because I was told that is how they treat their burns. No apologies as I limped out of the salon. Then they were talking in their language so I could not understand what they were saying. Called to get the managers name and the person answering the phone was rude and stated Nam is the owner but he was not there to help me. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!! unless bare toes and painful red legs is your fashion!
