  • If you would like to be treated horribly, then go to USA Baby. We purchased a crib and conversion kit, so we could eventually use the crib as a bed. USA Baby delivered the crib, but said the conversion kit was on back order and they would let us know when it comes in. No problem. Well we had our child and months after the birth realized that we never got the conversion kit and forgot about it due to having a new infant. We then spoke to Ryan, the store manager at USA Baby and he informed us that the company went out of business, so we would not be getting our conversion kit that we had paid extra for. Apparently no one was planning on calling us to let us know and they were hoping that we had just forgotten, so that they could con us out of our money. Ryan also did not want to now give us a refund, he said he could get us another one. We asked him to call us when the new kit came in and he said he could not do that and we would just have to keep checking back. What!?! It is now two years from when we originally purchased this crib and we are just now receiving the conversion kit. I would strongly encourage you to shop elsewhere.
