  • My parents have been going here for years greater than 13yrs and myself for 13 yrs. This is a family owned business and you can tell that they truly care for their customers. As I am sitting here waiting for my car, a customer walks in and tells them that she had an appointment today regarding her air conditioning was not blowing cold air yesterday. Then today it started working again. The owner stops what he is doing in the back, walks out to hear the story then tells her that he'll take a look under the hood to see if he sees anything outright real quick. If he doesn't, he told her just call or come back without the need for an appointment. There was no attempt in trying to talk or sell her into anything. They not only know a lot of people names, they know their family members' names too. Fixing up your car is always expensive, but it makes me feel confident that it is in the hands of honest hardworking people.
