rev:text	Where should i start well i guess the good, upon entering the store i talked to manny he was fairly knowledgeable about services that i was looking for, we had a death in the family and needed to travel out of town on emergency, so i wanted to played it safe so i went ahead and purchase 4 brand new tires or so i thought. My vehicle was taken into the bay and i decided to head home to wait for the work to be completed, i get the usual call to tell me that additional service needed to be done i was told i needed brakes which i did but i decided to have that work done elsewhere i was told my vehicle needed alignment so i went ahead and had them do it, once all work was completed including oil change i went out to my vehicle to find one of the lug nuts missing which can easily happen where you misplaced it so i went to ask manny where he had the guy that worked on my vehicle come out and looked at the car and tell me it was missing to beging with, it was not thats when he git an attitude onside the store started using foul language telling me "what the f*** am i gonna do with a lug nut for your car" i never said he stole it anything like that mind you i had spent close to $1000.00 at this point, manny did offer to have one order for me but said it would take a while for them to get it i opted to just be done with that visit and purchase one my self total of $4.45 at local car part store. After having to be on the road cone to find out my car is pulling to one side this after "alignment"had been done, and driving at highway speed my vehicle was shaken after tires being "balanced" when i finally come back into town i bring the vehicle back to have them check the alignment and balancing, leave the vehicle with them 2 hours later i get a called to tell me it is done, for them to tell me they rebalanced tires and the pulling happens when you have older tires on vehicle so i wonder what tires did yhey put on my car 2 weeks earlier?
