  • I stopped here before a show to get some quick dinner and a drink. We sat at the bar, and our bartender was excellent! The mixed drinks were around $16 a piece, but they were very strong and worth the price. The Primrose was like a margarita style martini, it wasn't too sweet and it was very, very strong. The blood orange martini was a sweeter choice. Both drinks were made with fresh fruit ingredients. My meal was the gnocchi with peas and Pecorino. I have to start by saying that the portion sizes were very small. We made the mistake of coming here to just grab a bite before the show, not knowing you really need to have a three course meal to have enough to eat. With that said the gnocchi and the bucatini all'Amatriciana were excellent. This is one of the few times I have had pasta that has been salted appropriately when cooked. The gnocchi had a delicious cream sauce with fresh peas. I did not like that they were stingy with the bread. They brought you one slice at a time. I realize this is gourmet dining, but it would not hurt to put two pieces per person as a serving. There was a small complimentary appetizer of bread with a chickpea topping. I also did not care for this, if you see the picture the dark brown color is off-putting and it was not very flavorful. The complimentary dessert bites were a nice ending and they were all very tasty. So overall, drinks and dinner options were very good, but portion sizes were very, very small.
