  • I called and made an appointment with Dog Town and all they asked for was my name and my dogs name. When we went to our appointment, they told us that they can't groom her because she wouldn't come to them. They also asked if she had a sedative, which she didn't. (This is the first dog my wife and I have ever had so everything is new to us.) We were pissed that they didn't ask more questions during the phone call so that we would be prepared. Also my wife is disabled and it takes a very long time just to leave the house. We could have slept in a little longer because it was Saturday. I would tell everyone to go someplace else. The staff was very rude and laughing at my wife when she blew up. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
