I've been taking my car here for a few years now for all of my needs, and I have to say that I originally had a great opinion and experience from them but have recently felt a little less confident about going to them. I shopped around once I moved to Pittsburgh 5 years ago, and I had heard and read really great things about this place. I have to say that in general all of the people here are really nice, helpful, assertive, and attentive to always calling me to fill me in as to what's going on. The last couple of times, however, I got a strange feeling that they kept adding on things in the diagnostic that weren't needed to keep the old girl running. My father (not me!) is great with cars and I usually call him to confirm the bills every time I get something done. Recently, he's been advising me not to get a bunch of the stuff done that the guys at Baum state are vital repairs. I will continue to be a little weary about their recommendations in the future.
