  • Not long ago I left other car washes to go to Oasis- they used to be excellent- but in recent times they have gone downhill- and fast. I have had several bad experiences in the last 6 months, but I decided to give them one last shot a few days ago. And it was another bad car wash. The team rushes me to hurry up and get out of my car, once inside- poor customer service, and then once I get my vehicle back- the wash was not worth $24.95... hell, the last time they barely even vacuumed!!! The worst part is as soon as I pull up someone is telling me about the "chips" in my front windshield.. even though its a brand new vehicle and no such chips... and they approach me EVERY TIME!!
